The MSX series of platform stackers combines the manoeuvrability of a pedestrian stacker with the travel speed of a ride-on pallet truck. They offer power, precision and reliability for a variety of demanding operations, and are available with initial lift (IL) or straddle leg (SL) options making them ideal for stacking and retrieving palletised goods. This series of platform trucks offer excellent operator ergonomics and productivity. With high visibility masts, dual lift and lower controls, low effort power steering and speed reduction on cornering they are suitable for operation in short or long distance transfer applications and on ramps or gradients. The MSX models are ideal for: Horizontal transport over long distances Extended and multi-shift operation work cycles Stock replenishment in low to medium – high level racking Cold store -30ºC Ergonomic features 5-point wheel layout, with fixed stabilizer wheels, provides enhanced stability for operator confidence when cornering Ergonomic features An ergonomic tiller head with angled hand grips, responsive low effort ‘butterfly’ controls minimise stress and fatigue on the operator’s wrist, thumb and fingers Proportional dual lift and lower controls are positioned for left or right hand use All controls can be operated without having to release the tiller for efficient operation The panorama mast with durable mesh guard provides enhanced visibility for efficient and secure load handling Productivity features Ride-on or pedestrian operation for maximum application flexibility Four pre-set performance levels can be selected to suit the application needs or the operator’s preference Driver Diagnostic Interface (DDI) allows selection of appropriate performance settings for specific applications AC motors and the Combi MOSFET controller together with the fly-by-wire power steering system provide energy efficient progressive speed control and ensures optimum performance levels Creep speed control allows all the functions of the truck to be operated with the tiller arm in the vertical position when being operated in restricted spaces
